IDE will not save files anymore

Every time I make changes.. even after restart and re-login. I cannot save anything

Ok I now know what is happening. The plugin stops saving and gets a 429 and unless you open the dev tools you don't know what is going on. Rate limit exceeded, retry after 16823648ms or disable rate limiting using this link: https://screeps.com/a/#!/account/auth-tokens/noratelimit?token=

1. the rate limit increase (all that is happening is saving files and reading them?
2. bubble this up to the UI so the user can simply override it there instead of going into the dev tools of atom to see it and clicking on the response tab of the code endpoint and looking at the URL to unlock you for 2 hrs..
