How is app.screego.net is free when TURN is used?

So, basically my question/concern is "in my case it will always fall back to TURN server which means the data throughput from dev's TURN server is costing money to him, right? then how is it free?" OR dev is using free TURN servers? for example one (possibly) from listed ones here https://gist.github.com/sagivo/3a4b2f2c7ac6e1b5267c2f1f59ac6c6b?

Any explanation is appreciated.

Screego ships its own turn server, an external turn server isn't required.

I do provide screego and other services for free, because I like them to be used and I use them myself. For some time now, I have been receiving a few bucks through donations and these cover a big part of my costs.
