Check orientation of JST connectors in placement file

Even though the part numbers aren't included for placement by default (so it's not an issue if you order exactly as specified), should double check the orientation of the component in the placement file to avoid errors if someone selects the component for placement.

Reported by sameen in discord, the orientation looks to be backwards if you select C157991
