Remove obsolete Electric Eyes (ee) completion

The ee xspec completion for Electric Eyes image viewer should be removed.

Electric Eyes was discontinued in 2000 (last release 0.3.12, July 2000).
No modern distribution ships it.

The "ee" command conflicts with:

• FreeBSD's Easy Editor (ee) - base system text editor.

This type of conflicts was fixed in e6781be (cf #192) 8 years ago with a mechanism allowing for overriding it. The current version of bash-completion allows overriding completion for a specific command by putting a file at completions/ee.bash. Or you may put complete -f ee (or any setting you like) in your ~/.bashrc. In the current bash-completion, an xspec entry is used only when no completion setting is found. If you want it to work by default, you may request the upstream FreeBSD's Easy Editor to ship with a dedicated completion file.

20+ years is a long time though. I wouldn't have a particular problem removing this, but then again I think even better would be to convert the xspec completion to one in a separate file and not install it on FreeBSD, see completions-core/Makefile.am.

Easy Editor is a part of the base FreeBSD repository, but there doesn't seem to be a culture to provide completions in the upstream FreeBSD at all. In the source tree of FreeBSD, only OpenZFS seems to install completion files (zfs, zpool). Code search doesn't show any other evidence for bash-completion scripts:

We may rather have a completion file for FreeBSD Easy Editor at completions-core/ee.bash, overriding the xspec.
