No method for removing speakers

Currently there does not appear to be a method to remove a speaker from a proposal (Tutorial, Talk, etc)

Additional speakers should remove themselves from the proposal. This is broken at present, but I'm on it.

Also it would be nice if the author of the original proposal could remove additional speakers, especially in cases of a typo in the email address. For example the additional speaker in the Tutorial I created, [email protected], is never going to receive their invitation so cannot remove themselves.

ok. this should be how things behave. this won't get fixed between now and deploying. in the meantime, admins will have to fix things manually.
