Read .foam files (OpenFOAM) #26
Description
Right now we rely on https://github.com/festim-dev/foam2dolfinx/blob/main/src/foam2dolfinx/open_foam_reader.py to read open foam results.
I guess this could be replaced by io4dolfinx
