"--verbose" flag is only affecting the log level in `_cli.py` #29

Simply setting the level in

changelist/src/changelist/_cli.py

Line 108 in 635d15f

logger.setLevel(level)

is not enough as this doesn't get propagated to loggers in other submodules.
