Amanda can think about asking permission from people pictured & cc bylines, or finding similar good photos without people pictured

Added bylines to homepage photos, formatted thus: Photo: CC BY-NC Shane Lin.

Missing bylines for 2 of 8 photos; asked Ammon about them

All photos were taken from public websites such as news journals. Followup with people in all photos not feasible, but we should still contact folks we can (I am okay with using these on the site for now given they are already used in public and were taken knowingly.)

Moving this ticket to Fall 2024 kanban now, as satisfactory for launch
