I am trying to link a BioSemi ActiveTwo AD-box (with firmware version 4.0). When the link button is pressed, we received a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error window which states "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.". Thinking it was a driver issue, we have tried to reinstall the "MS WinUsb2 Driver" and that did not resolve the issue. We are able to record data using ActiView. In addition, if we do not close the error window, we are able to see the BioSemi stream in LabRecorder but when we save a file the data stream is empty. Has anyone run into this issue and found a resolution?

System Information:
Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 19045.2006
liblsl-1.16.2
LabRecorder App Version 1.16.4
BioSemi App Version 1.10b (downloaded from https://sccn.ucsd.edu/download/software/LSL/Apps/)
