Update this array when channels are removed by pop_select

EEG.etc.clean_channel_mask(rmchan) = 1;

This is complicated by the fact that the list of channels decreased. So the size of this array should probably use EEG.urchanlocs and index the remaining channels. However, if that is the case, then why use this array anyway.
