I am using k means and corrmap for clustering my components and I am reading the substructure of a STUDY cluster from the eegtutotrials na I realized that I dont have all the fields in the struct as it is shown in the tutorial.
What I have is this:
Is there a way to find the cluster.topoall cell ? because I want to make sure which signs (polarities) are used when computing component ERPs.
It says here that the true scalp polarities are taken into account when displaying component ERPs (what are the true polarities in this case? , is what I see when plotting the component scalp maps?
