Some segmentation view config properties are not stored per layer but instead per DS

At least the following attributes are not stored per layer, even though the UI presents them as per-layer properties.

• segmentation opacity
• segmentation pattern opacity
• selective segment visibility

Storing these properties per layer would at least require:

• adapting the recommended task settings
• a migration
