Make whole dataset visible when working on tasks

Detailed Description

For now, only a small portion of the data around the bounding box is visible when working on a task. We want more context to by visible.

Context

Especially for some kind of data, you need to be able to zoom out a lot and scroll through sections far beyond the bounding box to understand where the cells are. This is why we need to see all the dataset.
