Use androidx artifacts

Can we use **androidx.** artifacts that tend to expel the **android.** namespace?
It looks like we've got no `SettingKey` for Gradle's `android.useAndroidX=true` and `
android.enableJetifier=true
`
Or maybe I'm missing something?
