i.e. if you confirm a word that has the same untranslated, type, etc. that happens to exist locally for multiple documents you should

• delete all local instances (not just the one for this document) if adding it to the global dict
• update all local instances (not just the one for this document) and setting them to confirmed if confirming it but keeping it local

Of course only do this if the braille translations are equal
