Add support for wildcards in selected networks/stations

Once obspy/obspy#2405 is ready and merged we can add support for wildcards in network and station codes. I've seen people expecting those and wondering why it did not work. In the meantime we could raise an explicit exception when wildcards are used in network/station as well.
