[Bug]: sbb-autocomplete does not open automatically if options rendered delayed

What happened?

If using a sbb-autocomplete with a fetch for rendering options delay on user input value of a input text, does not open the autocomplete drop-down automatically on adding sbb-options.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. use a input text field with a sbb-autocomplete without options
2. trigger a fetch on user input of the input value and create sbb-options dynamically as children of the sbb-autocomplete
3. sbb-autocomplete is not open automatically
