Необходимо вынести логику работы дополнения в отдельную библиотеку, оставив в данном проекте взаимодействие с EPLAN API. Также необходимо создать приложение для открытия и редактирования проектов без взаимодействия с САПр.

APCS-PDSystem – Проект, представляющий собой общую библиотеку для взаимодействия с проектами.
Client – Проект приложения для открытия и частичного редактирования проектов без взаимодействия с CAD.
