Errors When Uploading and Running Dataset on Web Application and Locally

Hello,

I am trying to upload and run my dataset both on the web application and locally, but I keep encountering errors in various places.

In the web application, when I upload my data, I receive the following errors:

• all(dims >= dims.min) is not TRUE

• object of type 'environment' is not subsettable

I have tried saving and uploading the data in different formats, but I still encounter the same issues.

On the local side, I am experiencing different errors with different versions of the software. I will compile a detailed list of these errors and submit it in another issue.
