It cannot rename a file under a folder having character semicolon(;) in its name

Describe the bug
Open VSC SAS Extension base on Main branch. Sign in with a valid Viya connection, open SAS server. Create a Folder having character semicolon(;) in its name and create a new file under it as well. It cannot rename the file name to others. It works well in SASStudio.

Steps to reproduce
1.Sign in with a valid Viya connection
2.Open SAS Server
3.Create a file folder named NewFolder;
4.Create a file named test.sas under NewFolder;
5.Try to rename test.sas to test_Rename.sas

Expected behavior
It can rename a file successfully under the given folder
