Describe the bug
Open VSC SAS Extension base on Main branch. Open SAS Content Explorer, create a new file !@$%^&*(.txt under My Folder, try to download it through ContextMenu. It has error in Windows OS. However, it works well on Mac.
Steps to reproduce
Sign in with a valid Viya connection
Go to SAS Content
Create a file !@$%^&*(.txt under My Folder
Click the file and perform Download through ContextMenu
Expected behavior
No error if trying to download the specific file in Windows OS
