It failed to download a .txt file with name !@$%^&*(.txt in Windows OS, 'Error running command SAS.content.downloadResource: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory,...' #1271

Describe the bug
Open VSC SAS Extension base on Main branch. Open SAS Content Explorer, create a new file !@$%^&*(.txt under My Folder, try to download it through ContextMenu. It has error in Windows OS. However, it works well on Mac.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Sign in with a valid Viya connection
  2. Go to SAS Content
  3. Create a file !@$%^&*(.txt under My Folder
  4. Click the file and perform Download through ContextMenu

Expected behavior
No error if trying to download the specific file in Windows OS
