Is there any one getting it work on python3.11 and jupyter3.5 above

What problem exists with that combination? I don't happen to have those installed to test out. You're getting some kind of error?
BTW, SAS will be closed until Jan 2nd, in the US at least, so I won't be able to look into whatever this is until then. But, wanted to reply as this is the last day before being gone.

I've installed Python 3.11 and Jupyter Notebook(6.5.2) and Lab (3.5.2); just the latest version via pip. They all work just fine.
