Sharing to an existing - never shared a page before - group not working

The reason is the missing RolesTree and underlying objects in BIP tree.
When a page is shared to an existing BIP Tree object / Metadata group, which did exists prior to M8 but a page have not been shared to, the RolesTree object and it's underlying objects have not been created. Sharing a page is failing without an error to the user.
