Refresh when OK-ing out of portlet properties

Customer reported when coming out of portlet properties change in Google Chrome the page is not refreshed.
I found that after editing portlet properties e.g. changing the portlet name, the page is not refreshed and stays on the current tab.

In Edge on a RACE image the refresh would jump back to the tab with the lowest id.
In Edge at both of my customers, the page would refresh and stay on the correct tab including showing the updated value (this is the target/ideal behavior).
