When editing collection portlet properties, no option to move collection items when sharing changed.

When editing the properties of a collection portlet, there should be the ability to specify whether to move the collection items also when changing the sharing value or not.

The dialog should look similar to other pages that have this “move also” check box and list, where the list here should be populated with the list of items.
