When using theme other than default, popup menu content doesn't seem quite right #14

Are theme references on the popup menus correct? When running with the Allianz theme, the following issues show up:

  • the arrow next to Customize doesn't display
  • the disabled items in the list are not grayed out (but they are not selectable)
