Better wording on Timer area of Properties Panel

Wish the examples were quoted, as a reminder that we need to quote them in the box - this tripped me up even after just seeing someone complain about it in a recent github issue. A better error message here would be good as well - the error that comes up does little to point you at the problem. Update link to take to SpiffWorkflow documentation.
