Convert the Lot search features in Gatekeeper to use the Sequencescape v2 API.

To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- From one of several pages, I can search for a Lot using the top right of the navigation bar
- From the home page, I can search for a Lot using the 'View Lot' modal
