Here we want to establish a new repository named https://github.com/sanger-tol/nf-core-modules. It needs to have:

a structure compatible with the nf-core CLI,
CI and configuration copied from nf-core – with a method for updating those,
documentation for using it and contributing to it.

sanger-tol team members will then contribute new modules and sub-workflows into it.
