  • Sorry, I don't think there's any need to go into pricing options of other services here -- users can explore the various links on their own, and I don't want to be promoting one or the other. This also doesn't seem like the place to discuss DNS services. I've added a link to Mandrill so now we're mentioning all three major e-mail delivery services.

  • Adding guidance for free DNS and outbound mail for self-hosters. I have implemented both successfully with sandstorm using Cloudns and Mailgun.
