Okay, I thought we had an issue about not being able to get to the admin panel from the mobile UI. I've now noticed even weirder functionality here:
When in either Apps or Grains, and I open the hamburger menu, I can only see the Apps and Grains options. I can't access my account or the admin panel. This led me to believe they were unreachable on mobile. However, I found that if I have a grain open and selected, and then open the hamburger menu, all of the options including the admin panel are reachable.
I was also briefly in a state where I had a grain open and couldn't do this, I saw the grain options like backup and grain settings, but couldn't see either my account or even the share access button... but I can't replicate it immediately.

Just got it to do the other thing: It seems like once you open a grain on mobile, the Share Access and Account options can take a few seconds to appear in after you open the sidebar the first time. Which is to say you can get to those features but it can be a janky path to get there...
