Airplay not working on disabled autoplay #2796

I have two videos, one with enabled autoplay and the other one with disabled.
On the video with enabled autoplay, airplay is working but on the other one airplay can not connect.

Working : https://iframe.mediadelivery.net/embed/209815/4568ac0c-ce23-4fdd-96b3-87c6492060dd?autoplay=true

Not working: https://iframe.mediadelivery.net/embed/209815/4568ac0c-ce23-4fdd-96b3-87c6492060dd?autoplay=false

Are there any pointers how to even start investigating Airplay in those cases?
