[Feature]: AST - Add "not" and "xor" to the types

General Summary

In the initial draft of Lens, we considered supporting NOT and XOR operations in the AST but never implemented them. To ensure future flexibility, we should now add support for these operations at the AST level.

The user interface for these operations can be designed later.
