[Feature]: Smart Pixels while screen recording

Problem Statement

Screen recording and screenshots show a dotted pattern due to smart pixels

Proposed Solution

Add a toggle to auto-disable smart pixels when taking screenshot/screen recording or casting in general

Alternatives Considered

Mannually disabling it, or having a QS tile

Priority

Medium - Would improve my experience

QS tile is already available but I will see if there's any way that I can detect screen recordings and dynamically enable and disable.

I think for screenshot it may not be possible knowing that before the detection only, the ss will be taken
