Dataset description

The University of Texas at Austin (UT) has created a Hindcast dataset using the Google DeepMind Graphcast model, covering 1979 to 2024. This effort represents a significant advancement in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for atmospheric science, utilizing a state-of-the-art deep learning model to generate daily 15-day global forecasts initialized at 00 UTC.

Variables:
Surface Variables:
Temperature
Wind speed (u and v components)
Precipitation
Mean sea-level pressure (MSLP)

Atmospheric Variables (13 Altitude Levels):
Specific humidity
Wind speed (u, v, w components)
Geopotential height
Temperature

Earth Engine Snippet if dataset already in GEE

for example

var asset_name = ee.ImageCollection("path to your collection")

Sample Code: Add a sample code maybe just adding your datasets in the code editor
