DV8 Notebook no longer guess correctly the project name from default folder structure

This is likely due to the new folder structure introduced in

Fix is simple, just need to correct the index of where the project name lies in the string. i.e. :

kaiaulu/vignettes/dv8_showcase.Rmd

Line 49 in ac522b6

project_name <- project_name[length(project_name)]

Should be modified to

project_name <- project_name[length(project_name) - 2]
