Report on which user did what action

We have events that we are tracking, and can see per user what events they called/initiated, however we cannot see in bulk - all users and all the events that they initiated/actioned. We would like a report/view like the Event Log but per user in one view so we can export and create pivots. Is this possible somewhere on the system now or would it be possible to build something like this?

I agree this is something isn't great. Over the next couple releases we're gonna improve the connectedness of every feature on the site.
