joplin-vscode-plugin

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Hi,
First kudos for this awesome extension that will most certainly avoid leaving Joplin for another VScode integrated PKB 馃檹

Now the request: I use notes custom ordering everywhere in Joplin to sort my notes in notebooks, and that ordering doesn't show up in VScode.

Describe the solution you'd like

I wish the notes were sorted the same way in VScode as in Joplin and, ideally, that I could also (re)order notes directly in VScode too.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Only one is to switch back and forth between Joplin and VScode.

Additional context

Thanks again for that great contribution.

Keep it on and take care

Cheers,
J

Edit: Sorry, hadn't seen the limitations page on the website :/ But then, the impeding issue (microsoft/vscode#32592) is now closed... Hope ?

This is possible, I briefly checked and found the order field, ref: https://joplinapp.org/api/references/rest_api/#properties

ideally, that I could also (re)order notes directly in VScode too.

It's not possible yet, the vscode drag and drop api still has some limitations
