Add tmatrix when weechat is idle

I like having the chat box on the screen so I can see incoming chat, but
it would not be too hard to switch the pane to the tmatrix window when
chat is idle, then when someone says something I can detect the activity
and switch the pane back to weechat and reset the timer.
