When you try to run this repository for the first time you need to configure Firebase.
This is not explicitly expressed into the documentation so might be great to update and inform the user.

It is expected a PR where the assignee updates the readme adding the needed information or Wiki page where the instructions

As stated by #13 (comment) firebase is not used in the project anymore hence configuring it is not required.
