Feature Description 📝

Currently when heuristics test is completed there is no submit end-page :
Like there exist in When User Test is completed

Motivation 🌟

Ensure a submission page appears once the Heuristics test is complete, guiding the user to submit the test.

Expected Behavior 🤔
