Description

Positioning APIs on Windows can't place a window in the top-left corner without an invisible gap

per comments that this behavior is a bug reclassified from a feature request:
#4106

Windows version

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19045.5371]

Winit version

git or 0.30.8
