Due to time constraints, @mattgathu will base the initial proposal off of project duma. I'll also be fleshing out a document on what we think Ferris Dojo should be; should live beyond the Mozilla Open Leaders initiative. This can be one of our core commitments as an organization, an open source book 📖 🎉
