New Diagrams in the guide

It would be great to add diagrams to the guide. There have been a few discussions on zulip and some work by @chrissimpkins and @LeSeulArtichaut

I really think we should have diagrams for the MIR chapter. After all, MIR is a graph! I'm currently doing some experiments with mermaid
