Doesnt automatically save changed files when it updates the reference use for a changed mod name

for example use::lib becomes use::lib_db , when I change the name of the lib folder to lib_db.

but the file doesn't get saved so I see an annoying error pop up on my screen, so the fixing is pointless. I have to manually save everything, which is a huge waste of time and completely distracting.
