Debian Trixie (currently Debian Testing) has entered its "Hard Freeze" phase with an estimated release date around August - noting that Debian release are driven by quality, not dates.
It would be useful to start to prepare images so others can start testing/building against all the latest dependencies/libraries etc. in the Debian 13 ecosystem.

I am hesitant to add an OS that is not stable, given that it would be paired with stable versions of Rust. That said, I would be open to adding Trixie to our nightly images1 until it is released.
