Installation

Before running this project, you need to install the required packages and have PostgreSQL installed.

Install the required packages:
```
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
Set up PostgreSQL. Make sure to include a .env file in your project root with the following database details:
```
DATABASE_NAME=
DATABASE_USER=
DATABASE_PASSWORD=
DATABASE_HOST=
DATABASE_PORT=
```

Swagger Documentation

You can access the Swagger documentation for this API by navigating to /api/swagger/ after running the server.
