What is the problem you're trying to solve?.
Issue connecting to a service on the host. If I use Docker, it works.

Describe the feature you'd like
I would like to use the special DNS name "host.docker.internal" or a finch equivalent.

Docker documentation of the feature: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/networking/#i-want-to-connect-from-a-container-to-a-service-on-the-host

I think host.finch.internal if what we should implement. host.docker.internal might be good to add as well for compatibility.

Can we get this feature for Windows as well, please. Communicating with host services would be an important addition for finch connectivity.
