Add a selection to the plugin settings page that allows for a design selection. We need to add a modern (flat and square) design option.

add a select option for "Standard" and "Modern"
make "Modern" the new default setting
if the new settings field is empty, treat it as "Standard" (support for existing installs)
update the repo header image with a flat design
