Currently, updating the extension requires manually downloading this repo and replacing the extension in vscode.

AFAIK, this can only be done by @reeddunkle right now.

Either we'd get access to the project there, or create a new extension for VSCode.

I think it's tied to my Microsoft account so I'm not sure there's a good way to share access.
